The shoe is extremely convenient, the material of very good quality. Soft leather, thin sole, inner lining warm. After a long test phase, the product is still convincing. I have to give the point deduction because the product description, the photos and the previous reviews imply that the shoe comes without an internal zip. That was exactly my main focus when buying shoes. Unfortunately, the shoe came with a zipper and explanation on request, the new edition is with closure and the pictures are still old. There is no functional alternative for me and I would have to have the shoes sewn with the saddler, which makes the guarantee fall for. Very shame. And. The pictures have still not been renewed since I purchase in December 2022.

I still have the predecessor (identical to the lack of zipper) but I still want to evaluate the shoes. The shoes are perfect for winter, wonderfully light and warm. Surface is fantastic, even with longer wearing (> 14h) no symptoms. I had to participate in some snow hikes, sometimes mud ... the leather then pulled some water at the beginning (but socks still stayed dry). After wearing and greasing several times, they are tight. And if you grease them and brush them after drying, they still look like new. In the much -stressed places, the lambskin becomes a little thinner over time (logical). In the event of arguments, however, a few wool socks are enough for me and my feet stay warm. In short: perfect winter shoes!

I have no other boots all autumn and winter until now. I don't want to. They have proven themselves at work (rather a lot) and on my hikes. From A Minimalist Standpoint I Wanted to use thesis shoes for multiple occasions. I Wanted Good Hiking Shoes That Are Waterproof and Are Warm Enough in Winter. But, i Wanted to Be Able to use thesis shoes for formal occasions. I'm happy to say thesis shoes have fulfilled all roles quite well. I've deliberately walked through puddles and they stayed dry inside. I must remind you that I had the waterproof coating so the 'normal' version of this shoe might be less water. I've Heard Others Saying Thesis Shoes Feel So Comfy They Kept Wearing Thema All Day. I felt the same. Thesis Feel Like Comfy House Slipper, Because of their Winter Padding Inside. When I've had a formal meeting, I Cleaned the dirt (From Walking My Dog in Muddy Terrain) of the Shoes and Polished Them a bit with a Brush. And Because of the 'Broque' Pattern on the Nose of Thesis Shoes and The Somewhat Shiny Surface, THESE SHOES COMPLIMENTY MY Formal Clothing Quite Nicely and I Didn't Look Out of Place With Them, Despite Having a Having A Having.
The Only Slight Gripe I have is taking the shoes off. I have to manouver and wiggle my feet and loden the laces before i can get my foot out. That's not a real bad thing but sometimes my foot is a bit stucco and it pulls out the winter padding a bit with it. I have to pull out my feet carefully Because I Expect OTHERWISE The Inner Padding will eventual come loose. But as of now, the Shoe Still Looks Sturdy and Well Made. In Hindsight I might have ordered one size larger and have gone with the broque-less version of this shoes, since i expect it would be Easier to clean.

My 3rd couple shoes from Zaqq. The other two are for spring until autumn. Now a winter -compatible shoe was needed. Since I have already had experience with lambskin on a conventional shoe, I chose the Quintic Winter. Oh joy, it is even equipped with a zipper, which is extremely relieved. It is comfortable, runs great on all substrates, nice and wide in the front foot area for optimal freedom of your toe. At so from 0 degrees it got a little cold on meadow and other natural surfaces, especially when I stood. I was concerned about the degree of minus. Now I have put in a lamin mercool insole and I am completely satisfied. When the temporaries increase again, I take the insole out again. On 2 hours of hiking I always have nice warm feet. I would definitely buy these shoes again.
